deleted files how do i get them back

hope somebody can help i just deleted some films by mistake from my media player and they were to big to go into my recycle bin and i can find them anybody know where they went to thanks for any help

    No. They won't do the job if the files have been written over once, never mind 35 times (which btw, is needlessly over the top).

    On the subject, are there any programs like win-cleaner that just blast any unused parts of the disk, leaving anything with data intact? (Free, of course) I know that dban can destroy all data.

    i was told if you set your computer clock back to the day before they were deleted thy show up again :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
