edf gas rebate

some good news i have just recieved a gas rebate for £476.10 for gas ive used since ive been in my property since march 31st 2006 which is 2/3rds of what i have totally paid because the way the turn your units into kwh was wrong ie the times it by 3.6 and divide by 2.83 etc i assume this would be the same for most customers anyone else had this if not i would ring up and enquire its a free number anyway they was made to do it due to some watchdog!!!

Thats great! I wonder if it's to do with them thinking you had an imperial meter rather than a metric one. Thats usually the cause as the forumlas are totally different.0
