Wondered if anyone can point me in the direction of any information about the legalities/requirement/contracts etc involved in raffling a house.

It's not that I want to raffle mine (well it's not mine to raffle for a start!) but have come across a Facebook group to raffle a house and want to work out whether they are doing it all above board before I get involved.

Won't post a link as I don't want to advertise it in case it's not right!! Please move this if there is a better place for it.
If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.

They can be classed as an Illegal Lottery, have a search around the internet as there is a lot of history with these types of things.
