OFT test case on bank charges is same issues but is still ongoing hence the FSA Waiver on Bank Charges, with financial hardship being the exemption to it. THe bank should respond to you within a few weeks if not earlier. I would expect they would include a financial hardship form to complete. When they do post further on this one.Financial hardship.
