Hiya,
Ive just been rehoused after losing my house, with a secure tenancy there is no way id go back to private.
I can see how difficult it is with 3 little ones and another on the way - Its definitely worth another shot at getting up the list have you spoken to your GP you might get more points if your GP and health visitor get on your side as you can also put down for health needs not just social.
Ask for a house inspection when the baby arrives as there is some leeway within the system, so if they can actually see how crowded you are then possibly you might get somewhere.
Id be so worried about the possibility of the LL giving notice and the insecurity of it all I would be tempted to stay put and fight it out. CAB or shelter maybe able to offer you advice about the best way to get rehoused.
Good luck0 -
You get a nice comfy big sofabed and share the rooms between the kids. It's all you can do. And remember that we only have our kids for around 17 years, which isnt much out of a whole lifetime..0
