I've just ordered and although everything was in stock when I put stuff in my basket, by the time I had gone to checkout and filled out my details etc and confimed my order, I then got a large warning telling me one of my items was out of stock. So they must be fairly up to date?

Also I ordered last weekend when it was 25% off and the items arrived in 4 days.

I have used this site before and have not had a problem with regard to codes/discount etc. Everything was taken off accurately and I was charged the correct amount.

I also ordered 2 lots of stuff on recent 25% weekends. On both occasions they charged the full amount. Each time I emailed them and they credited the 25% to my credit card. They also omitted some curtain poles from my first order, even though they were included in the promotion. I pointed this out to them and they didn't explain why they had done this, but they still have the same poles in stock.

5) Don't bother with their high street shops (UNLESS you are very local to one) - there is a lot of stock in them but the website seems to have the better stuff.

Have to disagree with you partly on this point, you can get some good electronic bargains from the local stores if you keep a look out.

Did really last weekend has i ordered a VTech Advance Laptop and it worked out at well cheap in comparision to other stores.

However ordered some chrismas presents last night and they have debited the full amount to my cc!!!!!! :-[ :-X :-[
