remove name from property deed title rigister

hi, i really need some advice, me and my brother jointly own a property and we took a mortgage on the property through the bank and they registered a charge on the deed. we have had a few problems and i now want to remove my name from the title register, however i do not mind paying for my share of the mortgage as its not much.
is it a simple process to remove my name or do i have to contact my bank and let them know that i want to remove my name from the title?

any help is much appreciated.

I doubt very much whether you will be allowed to remove your name yet stay on the mortgage.

Just removing your name from the title is not possible, you cant have a mortgage without an asset and why would you? As said above, you will need permission off the lender to be removed from the mortgage first. This will only be done if your brother can afford the payments himself. Then, if you wish, you can be removed from the title reg.
