Barclaycard - is there a problem?

Can anyone log into their Barclaycard cc account online?

Mine keeps coming up as;

"An error has occurred.

Your log in request could not be processed.

Please check your details and try again."


I haven't changed my details and I know I am entering them correctly. I was just wondering if there was some sort of temporary glitch?

I have also logged onto Barclaycard's website today without problems.

I get that occasionally even when logged on and trying to make a payment. My computer is well protected, and have put it down to their website being overloaded. Thanks for letting me know it happens to others. I await replies with interest as the niggling worry does not go away easily. I find if you log on again after visiting another site like MSE, logon is OK.

Typical lol, after trying fruitlessly for the past half hour to try and log on successfully, the minute I post a topic a here and see that other people managed to log on successfully, I tried one last time and voila, it worked.:rotfl:

I was having the same problem this morning. After about half an hour it was working again.

It wouldn't let me pay my balance by debit card though, kept saying that debit payments couldn't be accepted.. So I had to call them and pay it over the phone.

I had this too, but it's okay now and I've paid online with my debit card.
