London A-Z for the parents? A day trip to Hamleys for the little ones - although that could well lead to some non-MSE requests for presents! Do they do colouring books with British themes? If not, maybe you could have a look on the internet for printable colouring sheets and put them together in a book, or draw outlines yourself if you're more artistic than I am!
