Dyson - after sales brilliant

Quick to complain and trying to be quicker to commend......

I've had a DC07 which I'm more than happy with - had it for a few years. A couple of years ago I wanted a new filter and when I gave the number off the machine they said there'd been a recall on the model and could then come out and 'put it right'. They did, at no cost to me and I had a new motor, filter and the clear bit that holds the dirt (can't think of what its called!!).

Anyway had a problem last week with a loud noise from the roller at the front. Rang the helpline and held the phone to the dyson (!) and she diagnosed faulty clutch. £18 delivered - but with no instructions - so I went on Youtube and there's a 10 minute video of how to replace the clutch. Absolutely brilliant! Works like new again.

Surely if it came with no instructions that's not brilliant! It's more like Youtube's after sales is brilliant.
