Friend of mine bought a block of driving lessons for £450 in December. They had one lesson and now the instructor isnt will not answer his phone and she cannot make any contact with him.She has rung him withheld, as soon as she speaks he hangs up.
She paid him into his paypal account using her credit card.
Contacted the credit card company and they have said its not their problem and its a "third party".
Paypal have said nothing they can do as its over 45 days since she first paid.

Can anyone help with what we can do>?

Report this instructor to DSA if he is a legitimate instructor he will be on the register he is giving instructors a bad name. Im not sure how you can get
the money back but at least he will get punished and lose his license to teach and stop other people been ripped off

if he is not registered with DSA maybe contact the police, surely that cant be legal xx
