this has been going on since November when i got a 02 phone on contract 3 days after i got my phone a letter came from mc ive had about 4 letters now i got one in January saying i have ten days to pay or a doorstep collector would call in ten days but no one has shown up yet still worrying tho

Does the letter say a Door step collector will call, or that if x then y then may be a door step collector will call? or will will take action which might include...?

Hi

Keep any furtehr letters as they can be usefuil inforation to send the OFT.

A lot are very carefully crafted to make reference to might possibly happen if you do not pay, even if they are very very very unlikely to happen.

hi just a update copy and pasted the letter with my details on put my name at the bottom with the computer so its not my signature ,is this ok
just a update as ive read the letter that came today they say as a gesture of good will our client will accept£641.75 as a final payment if i pay before 20 march if however you cannot extend towards this generous offer we expect you to honour the outstanding balance of 855.66 what a joke 3 weeks ago they where taking me court and comming to my door and that was there final note

hi just wanted to know ive ben out a few times and when ive got back there is a mobile thats rang a few times on my land line could this be mac hall as my friends know im at work in the day and if i ring the mobile back it dont get answered
