This company may well offer a money back guarentee, but it doesn't assess someone to see if they're suitable for whitening.
What's the use of your money back if you then have to shell out hundreds to get white fillings replaced that haven't changed colour with the rest of your teeth, or crowns replaced for the same reason, or have an undiagnosed gum disease made worse by it?
Always get this done via your dentist. Not mail order, and not in (illegal) beauty salon whitening boutiques. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
Toothsmith - I didnt know the beauty salon whitening systems were illegal? Think I will stick with the dentist even though it is more expensive as I was thinking of the hour long laser treatment rather than the gum shields which I couldnt be bothered with.Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T0

Doing it is technically 'the practise of dentistry' and the dentist act of 1984 restricts the practise of dentistry to dentists.
The GDC alongside trading standards has had some success in shutting these places down, but it's a bit hit & miss. Much like the whitening they provide!!How to find a dentist.
