Card decoration ideas??

Hi,
I am planning on making some decorations for a work party next friday.
I made these 3d paper snowflakes for Christmas ( http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-3D-Paper-Snowflake ) and everyone loved them so I want to make something similar but I'm stuck for ideas and google hasn't helped.

The main trouble is that I am limited to using only yellow card as I have been asked to only use the department cardboard bags to stick to the theme!
I'd also quite like to give something to each member of staff as a kind of party favour but I have no money and there are 45 people between 18 to 55 year olds so again I'm stumped!
Please help!!!

Hi I can't think of ideas for you I am afraid, however you could do something like this for the table favours, and still use yellow card.

Thanks Rusty, I love that craft, I've made some for my aunts with flower bulbs inside. I did consider making some for the party but not sure what to put inside them??
I have a feeling this party will drive me insane by next week!! lol!0 -
Hi crazy, I love the idea of using flower bulbs! ... for the party you could use a handful of sweets? maybe buy a multipack? I know you said you had no money though. Maybe use some paper hats? (make them) and a joke? so they are similar to a cracker. Maybe even a baloon. Asda do smartprice ones which are just as good?Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0
