    i would think most solicitors would do the job on account. What you need to expalin to DB is that you will be taking the cost of the job out of his share of the money.

    I'm not sure how executors work, but ...... isn't it the case that if 2 (you and sis) vote one way e.g. to sell, then that's the decision as you have a majority?

    Anyone else know?
