    Yeh I know, PPI is not the same though.

    Banks are not obliged to make a cash payment where a PPI refund is concerned, but they cannot refuse that method if requested by the client, whereas they can refuse that method where bank and CC charges are concerned.

    How do I prove that case to them when they send me the letter?

    Also, the ombudsman said 2without delay". It's been 2 weeks already and not heard a thing?

    if they are paying ppi as mis-sold you were never in arrears & should not have any charges applied too your account. get all charges removed from the loan. they owe you not the other way round.
