Does anyone else do the Zoomrewards surveys? I stopped doing them for a while but have just started again. Might take a while to get a reward though!

I do their surveys, but find the rewards pretty nafficon9.gif. The main reason I stay with them is because I won first-prize (regional) in their sweep stake about a year ago ... £100.icon7.gif
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

Just received this email from brainjuicer...
    Dear Juicy Brain,

We recently contacted you regarding an experimental SMS juicer which we have been working with another company to run.

Unfortunately a mistake has been made which means your texts ARE being charged at your standard tariff, rather than being free as we requested and advised. If you have already taken part, then please accept our sincere apologies over this mistake - we realise it is very annoying but we're doing everything we can to restore you to the same position as if the texts were free. We will be crediting your Juicy Brains account with £2.50 in order to cover any costs and the inconvenience which you may incur.

The partner we're working with, 'OnePointSurveys' are currently fixing the problem, as the text messages are meant to be free. However, in the mean time- anyone who takes part will be credited for their costs.

Once again, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience.

For questions on your account or the Juicer refer to our latest Juicy Brains Panel FAQs.

Thanks for responding to my first ever post. I have also had a response that I should receive £2.50. Doesn't say when though, checked my account still not there. Will be weary about doing any SMS surveys again!

Did anyone else do the recent SMS quiz with brainjuicer. Just had a text to say they charged me for this wrongly and will give a refund, but doesn't say when. I now feel a fool for taking part in the first place. Was it a scam?

I did it to believing it would be free. Then I got a text this morning saying sorry we charged you. Then they offered me less than the amount I had had to pay out for the texts and said they would pay in in juicybrains points.

Then they said they would pay me £2.50 to cover the tarriff and a little inconvenience money. But they are not offering a refund at all. They are offering Juicybrain points.

I am far from happy. Why would I want £2.50 towards a stupid amazon voucher to replace what they have fraudulently taken, when I now have b****r all credit on my phone which I can't currently afford to replace

Anyhow. I'm not standing for this rubbish. I complained and said I want a cheque for my money in the post by the end of the week. I won't be responding to their SMS questionaaires in future. In fact I'm very tempted to claim what points I have and close my Juicybrains account completely.

I have also e-mailed "Mr Chief Juicer" and asked for a cheque to be sent to me rather than crediting my account.
