Yes you found it ! It does help if you post a new thread on the main Reclaim Bank & Credit Card Charges page...

This will help in getting good advice from the great people on the forum as there wont be 3 conversations for 3 different cases and you will be able to keep up with anything they post as it will all regard your issue
