Well...the option which is looking increasingly better for us is voluntary sequestration under LILA(Low income low assets) grounds it will cost us a fee of £100 each and we will then be declared bankrupt.
It is so so scary but it will allow us to live a life again and breathe,I just can't wait till it's sorted..the booklets to fill in arrived in the post today.
I have been posting in the "Living with Bankruptcy" section there's a few posts by fellow Scots having been through and going through what we are about to do..it just scares the hell outta us..never been in this much debt never had to do this...
ooooh wish us luck...it's about time we had some...
