Help Needed

Options
Hi everyone.

I made IVA arrangements for my debts and have paid them all by direct debit for some time now.

I have moved house 6 months ago and cannot find the paper with all the contact numbers and reference numbers.

I only get a statement from one (tsb) and so do not know how much I owe or how near to paying them off I am.

Does anyone know how I can find out this and how to find out who to contact?

If you have an IVA, you should be paying your IP surely?

And if you are on an IVA it is for 5 years and that is 5 years.

  • arghhhh maybe they are not IVA then. don't know what IP is. I arranged with them to get lower payments and interest frozen.

Can you get a list of direct debits set up on your account from your bank?
