Doesn't look too good.
I have used Ebuyer in the past and found them to be reliable and cost effective. Link here .........

I seriously reccomend you avoid this place at all costs.
Back in October I was after a Logitech Cordless Desktop, which was due for release on that day. I had a look on Froogle, and Kelkoo on which this company came in with the cheapest price.
I placed my order (upon which your card is charged, not on dispatch like most others), and within a couple of days a twice reused cardboard box appeared in the post. Inside was indeed a Cordless Deskop, not the one I ordered but a much lower spec version. I emailed them about this, which I received a reply to a week later. No structure to format of the email, or apology for sending me the wrong goods, only two lines telling me the one I wanted wasn't out yet but they'd send it when it was in a couple of weeks.
Two weeks came and went, I contacted them again and received another promise days after emailing that they'd sort this out for me. When I asked for a refund at this stage, they insisted I'd have my keyboard before the end of the week. Every mention of a refund by me was totall ignored from here on. This went on for the best part of three months, each time 'it's the supplier's falt', 'it's the carriers fault' before I had to take advice from consumerdirect.gov.uk. They advised I write to my credit card company and a written recorded delivery letter of complaint to the company involved stating I requiered a written response within two weeks. This period passed, and I was no further up the road.
Month 4, next stage was Trading Standards. They did manage to get a response after several attempts and eventually came to an agreement the goods would be returned, but as they couldn't arrange for a carrier to uplift them 'could I pay for it and they'd reimburse me'. At this point I didn't see how else to proceed.
the goods went back to them at my expense almost three weeks ago, and I've had no response and still no refund.
So after five months my credit card company now inform me I'm approaching the deadline for a chargeback, and should start this off (although this doesn't include my second postage costs). I've been back in contact with trading standards yet again, and wait for their reply.
This really is the worst company I've had to deal with in my life. There is a total lack of responsability when you contact them and they have no intention of 'pleasing the customer' once they have your money, or however they word it on their site.
I now have no keyboard, and am out of pocket £125 + the cost to post it back to them. It's just not worth the hastle, go elsewhere.0 -
Doh! Wish I had read this a couple of weeks ago.
I ordered some software for my computer, the website said it was in stock and it was to be delivered within a week. A week went by... no delivery.
I contacted them to ask when I could expect a delivery and was greeted with a very suspect response which went along the lines of 'maybe today/tomorrow and you should have it by Monday' . This response was sent on a Thursday, so realistically I didn't expect a delivery over the weekend and waited for the Monday.
Monday came and went, as did Tuesday... no delivery.
After reading the reviews on here, I think I'll be paying a visit to Watchdog, Trading Standards and possibly the Police at this rate. I've also told them that I'll be round at their addresses by the weekend (I already have names and places) if it isn't delivered by the end of the week.
Given the amount of poor experiences, I'll be pushing to have this operation shut down - if anyone thats had any bad experiences with this company wants to push for a class action... I'm there!0 -
I feel for you. In the end I eventually got it resolved, this was when I told them I'd started legal action against them and that would continue until a satisfactory solution was reached. Their response was 'that'll cost everyone more money in the end', I said my legal representation would be in touch, I had a cheque within a week, albeit almost 6 months it took to get it.
Don't be fooled by the nice looking website, prices being a little cheaper and the fact most things say 'in stock' when they clearly aren't.
I shudder when I hear this name now, it's practically theft what they practice.
ps, I also believe the address they publish on their site is just a mailing address in central Liverpool from memory, they also didn't supply a phone number on anything I could find.0 -

Thanks for the post.
I wish i had read this before, I bought some flash drives from this company only for the drives not to be delivered and I am out of pocket for £102.55.
How did you finally get around to getting your money back.
cheers, I need all the help i can get.0 -
on the 29th July 2009 I ordered a logitech G19.. it was the cheapest price I saw, next to Dell. Only difference was they had these in stock, where I would of had up till september till Dell had any in stock.
When I placed the order I decided to check up on this online store, and having found all these problems I suddently got scared, but to my surprise and delight, i recieved my keyboard the next day.. no problems.. notihng. Perhaps this online store has learnt it's lesson.0 -
