As one who has never stretched much....these are now the consequences..so everybody make sure you do all your stretches and hold them for 30 seconds..then repeat for a 2nd time

:rotfl:do you mean stretching and stuff...:rotfl:

sorry I thought you meant say a prayer or something for a minute...:o

I don't do anything before - just walk at a brisk pace to warm up but when I have finished I 'sometimes' stretch anything that seems to be twinging......but I don't always (usually in too much of a rush to sit down!) I guess you will have to see how you feel after each run.....after the first few runs you may feel a little stiff the day after

Stretch, pray, anything that would help really :rotfl:

We did briskly walk to our run area, then slowly walk/stagger back

and apparently a 'piece' is a sandwich????

I'd move to Scotland in a flash. Cottage on an island, open fire, few sheep in the garden, sea views - sorted .

And what would you be doing with the sheep..?

    go on then...

    :oI hardly ever stretch:o
I would love to do it and imagine all us DFWers doing it. I dont know how much it would cost but it would be cracking to do it. I mentioned the other night doing the 5 Sisters of Kintain up near the Isle of Skye, 5 mountains in one day, 3 of which are Munros (over 3000 ft) and the other 2 are a tad under it. Quite gruelling though. I may be able to get v cheap accommodation it would be a case of getting us all up there . Failing that we could use tents. I dont know if we would need a mountain leader but if we did it in late spring early summer there would be no weather worries. Is it doable?
