    Thanks love :p

I have a quick question tho.....what should we do before and after we run, owt special

:rotfl:do you mean stretching and stuff...:rotfl:

sorry I thought you meant say a prayer or something for a minute...:o

I don't do anything before - just walk at a brisk pace to warm up but when I have finished I 'sometimes' stretch anything that seems to be twinging......but I don't always (usually in too much of a rush to sit down!) I guess you will have to see how you feel after each run.....after the first few runs you may feel a little stiff the day after

Have you got your knee sorted Sally, have I missed that bit

Had an excellent appt Sammy, she was fantastic although had to strip down to my pants and at that point wished I had my big hold it all in knickers on but hey!
So upshot is that I have very long hamstrings and extremely short hamstrings and so when I have been running its inflamed my pad behind my knee. Have to take ibuprofen for a week to get the inflamation down, loads and loads of muscle stretches and ice and elevation when possible. She is 98% certain that will sort me out! £45 well spent  Oh and have to buy new trainers which you probably already read!

sigh, I hate ebay sometimes. I see something I like, clothing wise and I think - will it fit- can't send it back if it doesn't. I have so many ebay mistakes in my wardrobe - too big, too small, to tight on the back, bust, hips, bum, makes me look like a ninky nonk.......
