Help with distance learning course

Hi, I took out a degree course in 2007 through a distance learning Co. when I enroled the Co told me I would be able to sit the exams locally, and was assured this was the case when I moved from scotland to cornwall. Turns out my local college is in london, over 300 miles away, when i challenged them they offered to find a new college for me. which they did, but now my exams are a few weeks away and they wont tell me where Im going to be sitting them!!
Since starting the course Ive been
-made to sit 2 exams in a cold room without adequate lighting and which was extremely noisey due to its location the invigilator had to leave the room 5 times to ask for quiet in the corridor, she had to squeeze past me each time to get to the door!! I complained but the mentor had left the position and by the time i got a response it was too late to sort out because the exams had been graded.
-refused coursework
-put in for the wrong exams
-given wrong course material
-hounded for money
-mentor unresponsive
-fobbed off when trying to resolve
and now that i have agreed to return to the studies im being ignored again.
this company shouldnt be allowed to trade, and I feel I have no-where to turn to get out of this contract. please help!!!

What company is it? I would only do a course like that through Open University or ILEX or another established company like that.Wedding 5th September 20150

icslearn is the company. ive spoken to them but they just keep saying you have signed a contract, but they signed saying they would give me a service which they are clearly not. ive sent god knows how many letters, was advised to take them to the small claims court for release of contract and refund but i have to appear reasonable, which i have by agreeing to restarted the course. since then ive been ignored when probs arise - like where im taking these exams!!!0

I'm sorry to hear of your problems. I can't offer any advise I'm afraid but I just wanted to say that if you are part way through your degree, change to the Open University next year. They are fantastic, very supportive and offer course grants (if you qualify). I am half way through a degree with them and can't praise them highly enough. Personally, I would look into taking them to court for breach of contract. It looks as if you have given them enough chances and have been more than reasonable. I hope you get sorted xSPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
