The Duchess Rules

The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at www.classicfm.com) apply to ‘The Duchess’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Wednesday 11 March 2009 to Tuesday 7 April 2009 ("the Duration"). The "Radio Station" is Classic FM.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1. Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Wednesday 11 March 2009 and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 7 April 2009.

1.2 All eligible entries received before the closing date will be entered into a prize draw. The winner will be selected at random.

1.3 The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email.


2. Eligibility

2.1 Entrants must be aged 18 or over.


3. Prize

3.1 The prize is an overnight stay at the Cathedral Quarter Hotel including a 3-course dinner and spa treatments.

3.2 The prize includes an overnight stay at Cathedral Quarter Hotel based on two people sharing a double standard room, 3 course dinner in the Opulence restaurant for two, full breakfast & 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massages.

3.3 All extras including drinks must be settled on departure.

3.4 All prize elements are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3.5 The prize is valid for six months from the date of notification and cannot be used at Christmas, Easter and over other bank holiday periods.

3.6 To take part in the private nehind the scenes tour, winners must take the prize on the days that Kedleston Hall is open: February 28th to 1st November 2009, Saturday to Wednesday, 12-5pm
