What benfits am i entiltled to ???

hi i am 16 and i live with my boyfriend he claims income capcity and disablity living allowance.I am 5 months pregnant and not getting any income what so ever could anyone tell me if i am entilted to income support etc. and would it affect his benfits ?

i carnt use any of the benfit check websites because im under 18 so will i be able to claim income support because i need some sort of income and if im not on income support i dont get my sure start grant

its his property were living in which is rented from the housing asscation but i worried that if we do a joint claim we will then have to pay rent which is payed through housing benfit

Best get the council tax benefit sorted out also as he will no longer be able to claim the single 25% discount.

You are a couple claim as a couple and don't defraud the system.

I thought from your other thread that you were going to claim Carers Allowance as your boyfriends Carer?

If he was claiming Severe Disability Premium this should now stop as you live together.

As the OP is under 18, her boyfriend can still claim the 25% discount, although he's probably getting CTB anyway.

Or, alternatively, go back into education, claim EMA and get childcare provided under the Care to Learn scheme.
