    Direct Line are £10,000 or 25% of sum insured, whichever is greater, on their basic policy or 30% of sum insured on their "Plus" policy.

    Marks & Spencer's policies offer "unlimited" cover for contents and the policy wording states that this applies also for alternative accommodation cover. On the face of it, this is a good solution.
