And although malware Bytes was good when i tried it SuperAntiSpyware worked better for me and got rid of All of my problems..

It seems theyre neck and neck those 2. I find them BOTH very good. Sometimes Malwarebytes finds something, sometimes SAS does.

Delete Limwire immediately.... I would suggest utorrent for downloads. .

I hate to disagree but to replace one p2p programme with another will not cure the problem. You can be infected using either.

You can be infected by browsing. Limewire is definately a more unstable source of downloading. I have used utorrent for the past 3 years without 1 infection. Torrent sites usually have a comment section where previous downloaders will post if their system has been attacked by a virus resulting from the download. Yor disagreement would suggest to me that you are unfamiliar with utorrent and torrent search engines/sites and how that system operates, which is absolutely nothing like limewire.

As long as the person takes appopriate care then torrents are a viable way of downloading.

wasnt aware of that rule. If thats true i apoligise. 2p2 isnt just for illegal stuff though so most forums say that as long as it stays legal its fine.

Please do not discuss illegal issues or those that are grey areas in law on this forum. Any such posts are removed when reported. These include the cross-border sale of tobacco, file-sharing, breaking copy protection, hacks, keygens, trading registration codes, pornography, Console modification (for example Xbox chipping), Russian MP3 download sites or other ways to illegally use software.

In the case of in-car speed camera alert/avoidance devices such as Roadangel, GPS Satellite Navigation and Tom Tom feel free to discuss the MoneySaving on purchasing the product but not the legalities. Even though there are some legitimate uses there is a blanket ban on P2P topics. This is done to protect this site and its resources."

It is my undererstanding that as long as the post stays withing the confines of legality then these posts abide by martins rules. I believe the rule is to keep the forum from breaking any laws etc. We were only providing alternatives for the posters friends daughter who i assume is a teen will likely not stop using the program unless an alternative is there. kids want their downloads.

Anyways thats me finished will say no more about it.
