i have rung her housng association who have told me that , wether he lives there or not,he can only take himself off of the tenancy, the housing do not even have the power to do this,
i suppose i am just a bit gutted because i made sure i was able to move (no arrears ect ect) and have had people trampling over my house measuring up and stuff, ahh well Iwill keep looking.My aim for 2009 is to SAVE not spend. my aim for jan is to have £400 by 30th jan...... here goes! total so far. £30;)
