Orchid dialler - probs with sending texts HELP!!

Hi there,
Got my Orchid dialler V4 Plus up and running, working fine, nice bit of kit.

Got a new SMS enabled phone which is setup and working fine when plugged directly into BT socket (can send and receive texts no problem).


If however I have it plugged into the dialler I can only send texts. Any texts received either just let the phone ring or they may go to 1571 as a voice texts.

Please help, does anyone else manage to receive texts when using the dialler? is there a way round my problem?

I have emailed orchid direct but was hopeing for a quick fix.

Hi, just an update and a cry for help,

Thanks to their great support I have received a replacement, modified dialler from Orchid but unfortunately the receiving of texts as texts is still not working.

Please help, does anyone out there who is using an Orchid dialler also own an SMS enabled home phone that can send and receive text messages.
Even if you dont normally use the text, would you be willing to try and send and receive a text just to see if it works and if my problem is an isolated case.
You can send a free text which will return a balance to the phone, this will cost you nothing and I would appreciate the help.
Simply write a text saying 'balance' and send it to '00000' (five zero's)
