is my sky bill correct?

ok, i am not sure if this is the right section in the forum.
we recently changed over from sky+ to sky hd. we have kept the same package which is everything except sport. the only new thing is the hd pack. we ordered online so are supposed to get one free month of the hd pack, although i am not sure if they credit us with that straight away. they certainly have not done so yet.
here are 3 scans the first is of the print out from when i ordered online. the other two are from the new bill. keep in mind also that we dont pay by direct debit so we do pay an extra £3.91 per month.



so have they ripped us off at all? we had already paid upto the 23rd february and yet they seem to be charging us for a period before that on the new bill. sky hd was installed on 21st february so why is there something on the bill from the 16th? are those credits on the bill fixing those issues?

I usually find them correct after working them out for what seems like hours.
I just dont know why they have to make them so incredibly complicated.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

i dont have a clue with this current bill. in my opinion the only extra cost on this months bill should be 2 days worth of the hd pack from 21st february to the 23rd february and of course £9.75 for this months hd pack. of course at some point they should be giving us £9.75 back for the 1 free month of hd.
by the way i think i forgot to mention we also get multiroom.
