Which is the fastest/easiest way to go from Gatwick airport to London waterloo?
By train it takes about 1 hour, is there any way to go faster? Thank you :j
A travel planner website would be much appreciated if you can recommend one.

You take a direct train from Gatwick to Waterloo East and walk across a footbridge to Waterloo. Train from Gatwick will stop at East Croydon and London Bridge only and take about 30 minutes in total. Use https://www.nationalrail.co.uk to look up times.0

Is it a long walk? Cause we will have some heavy luggage with us.
edit: The only route i can find needs 2 changes and takes about 1 hour, why?

Could try the Transport for London site
https://www.tfl.gov.uk
and put in your start & finish points & It will give you possible routes (using public transport) - usually defaults to fastest route unless you select other options (limited walking ect)
Fastest i can see is 47 minutes - with 1 change (at Clapham Junction)
Using the advanced search facility you can limit walking

Best bet, get the fast train from Gatwick to Victoria which stops at Clapham Junction. Change at Clapham Junction for a train to Waterloo (they are very frequent from Clapham Junction)."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0

My mistake, the gatwick train is the only London Bridge route that doesn't go to Waterloo East. Still quicker to go that route though and change at London Bridge. Changes at both London Bridge and the footbridge at Waterloo East can be done easily without steps - so shouldn't be a problem for luggage.0
