Bond and skim

I've had one wall 3.5m X 2.5 m bonded over cork tiles. Looks good and solid as mixed with some cement. The plasterer is qualified and showed his qualifications. It will be skimmed today. He also repaired a section of ceiling 3.5 m X 50cm by inserting a piece of plasterboard and bonding joins. What would be a reasonable quote?

So he's done the work without you and him agreeing a price??????0

No we agreed the price but he's messing me about. Since my last post I've parted with £300, to bond over cork tile wall and then skim (excellent finish), repair holes in ceiling by cutting out plasterboard and adding another piece (approx 4m X 30cm), re-position 2 ceiling lights (no lights fitted) cable hanging down with a bare bulb on one, they've finished some painting in hall stairs landing (less than an hour's work) minimal preparation of room for painting and removed laminate flooring. I was so unhappy telling decorators how to prepare room for painting that they're not coming back.0
