Flight to Singapore in August

How would be the most cost effective (!) way of flying to Singapore, will spend around ten days there.. What airlines should I be looking at please. are there any 'sales' on? Tks.

Thanks for all your advice, unfortunately the dates are 1-15 August, roughly, could leave a day early from this end...will keep checking but so far qatar airways is the cheapest at around £630 but 21 hours outgoing!!!!!
