Sorry, I know its off topic but Asda own brand nappies are excellent. They are under £4 for a small pack, Huggies or Pampers would be just under £6.
again totaly off the thread but....best alternative nappies to brand ones are tescos, without exeption on all sizes have had my daughter ( now 3 on theirs since she was a few months old nearest in quality to these are huggies, never liked pampers (leaked too much for my lik :D ing)

Went to boots today as I saw some Zirh prepare yesterday half price but wasn't sure if I should spend the money or not. I was certain yesterday that if I bought 2 it would be included in the £4 off £10 or more on mens. However, went back today and the signs were down and SA's said the offer was no longer on. Oh well b*******. Lol. Bit the bullet and bought one anyway.

If you mean the offer of £4 off £10 spend it was still on in my local Boots today as i got 5 more tins of Lynx to take me over £10 spend, got £4 off and 100 points coupon from ACM. Also got another £5 skincare voucher. So i dont know why you got told that.

KANGOL Eau de Cologne no 2 reduced from £12 to £1.50!
Last week I noticed the anti perspirant (smell No 4 reduced to 37p) and went back for some more today. Saw the gent's smelly had been reduced - again only one one of the scents (I think it was no 2 - put away and now OH is in bed and I don't want to disturb him!). Anyway, there were two different ones, and the one reduced was not in a box. The boxed one was £12.
I got the last one and have tucked it away for his b'day next month - is that tight?!!

Blimey I missed that one! How much was the face wash? Did it give you the £3.75 in points?

    Hi Netty :)

You speak of the infamous Cucumber/Fragrance Free skincare points giveaway of Autumn 2004? :D

Most of the products retailed for about £1.25.

Tarts were being offered up to 3 different AC vouchers:-

100 points when you bought any product in the range
125 points when you bought any product in the range
150 points when you bought any product in the range

The till was applying the points to each product purchased (in the same way as the recent EI & TS glitches).

Some bright spark discovered that if you presented the 3 different vouchers, the till would apply 100 points for each product purchased, then another 125 points for each item, then another 150 points for each item! So 375 points for each item purchased!

Although the recent TD/DR promotion was more lucrative in that you could get freebies, the Cucumber/FF is probably still my favourite Boots glitch because of the sheer number of points it generated. :)
