ds2 currently has major cold - does anyone know if the karvol rub (with 200 points) is suitable for babies? he is 3 months old now. have had snufflebabe when ds1 was a baby which is ok from 3 months but don't think this has extra points on it.

Karvol Capsules, the larger pack which costs £2.99 gives you 200 points. I just checked my pack and they are suitable from 3months. I either put a capsule on my kids grobag/PJ's or on a bib attached to the cot where they will get the vapours.

The Plug in vapouriser has the 200 points but they are expensive and I'm not sure if they are effective.

I have a feeling snufflebabes may have changed now and is suitable from 6mths.

    No 7..... No 17 ??

I got the No 7 wipes but no brush (they said they took them off the shelves  ) Tan wipes cost £1.50 and I got 100 points with voucher. Not much of a result...

Have not heard of No 17 I'm confused :(

boots do two ranges of cosmetics, no7 is more expensive and aimed at 25+ age group and 17 (not no17, just 17) does brighter colours and cheaper stuff for younger women and girls :)

Popped in to the main Canterbury store today to exchange my last £5 voucher for TD wipes. Also 1 bodyform, and Bogof shower gel, total spend a wopping 98p. I do like spending so little, and walking out with a bag full. :D

There were two men by the doors removing all the large display posters for the skincare vouchers. Despite loitering for a few minutes, I failed to see what they were replacing them with! There were already two posters in the windows, with a 'Up to half price skincare for Mother's Day', with a picture of TD night/day cream as well as some others. What? Only half price? You mean I shall have to actually pay for skincare??

Hi freebie, not getting much of a chance to log in at the moment just read this, I didn't tell her anything about you, I said I didn't know you and we were talking about PMS, she soon left me alone after that! I don't know if you saw anyone in your vicinity when you ripped the vouchers, as my guess is they probably told on you. Thing is with a store as big as that is and the alarm going off, as it does you'd think they would be looking for the culprits taking off with their stuff!

She was just probably just following up because of a customer's complaint....I dounbt they have a photo fit of you in the store.....although admittedly that would be funny....;)

and a bit scary! in a funny way! hehe!

just to put my mind at rest today i went into teh manny one. i askeed a queation at teh cs, said hi to teh security guards and walked past all the tills and loitered a bit in the bodyform bit and there was no hand on sholder moment so i reckon im ok!!!

I work for Boots and if the SA was a responsible and highly customer focused SA they would have called for a supervisor to add your points, as this is what has happened to me numerous times. Its not a big deal is it? There should be a four digit number at the top of the receipt, please tell Head office when you phone the store number and just tell them the real concern. It's not on really is it? However we do get shouted at if we make these mistakes so maybe they were too frightened to tell their supervisor that they had made a mistake. All in all it's you thats lost out.
    Give them a call

It must have been a technical glitch as the bodyform are 99p and the bar is £4 and the till has seen that as 1p change. I know when I put products that are under £5, like the £4.50 Time Delay cream no change is given and no advantage card updated. If I remember rightly, there is an offer on with the tan wipes at the moment. But well done anyway!
