I take it the TD is so cheap because of this old packaging - can you tell me what it looks like as i can only find the new and expensive packaging.

Hi there, most of the old packaging consists of silver boxes, rather than the white ones we're used to! But also got some stuff in white packaging that is slightly different to "normal" stuff - the writing is reflective/holographic, and the boxes aren't pink/white like the new stuff.

The old stuff I picked up was only on a shelf above the tills, nowhere on the shop floor! Wouldn't have noticed it but the SA had just told me I couldn't buy one of the L'Oreal things (even though it was listed on the £5.00 skincare voucher) and I was busy rolling my eyes! :rotfl:

I still have a smile on my face, as this is the same woman who told me during the TD/DR voucher days that "Boots never give anything away for free" :rotfl:

I've had that problem in the past week. I think they must have added something different to the "mix" as I've never had any trouble before with No 7 items :(:(.

It's strange isn't it, I have worn the eye makeup before, as it was the only one that I didn't have a reaction to.

Off to the big boots at the ikea retail park near leeds tommorrow (presuming it's still there, not been for years - even then I was a boots tart, but just for the bargain xmas pressies). any deals to look out for there? reduced stock etc...
    Cheers
(I'm more excited about a new boots than the job interview I'm going for!)
