The awakening eye gel - originally got it cos I needed to use up a no 7 £5.00 voucher when they were last on promotion!

It's really good though, I keep it on the windowsill so it's extra cooling when it goes on. It does seem to work though, and believe me working nights I've tried loads of this stuff in all different makes. (Cripes, I sound like an advert! :rotfl: )
    Hi mummysaver :)

Didn't think you were supposed to keep toiletries on the windowsill - doesn't the sun make them "go off"?

Why not keep it in the fridge if you like it extra cool? <shivers!>

Just an update on my burst shampoo I received from Boots.com last week. I finally received an email back from them today - it did take them a while to reply but to be fair they have been great. They said I will not have to return the item (it was a TS shampoo and was only leaking a bit, wasnt actually damaged) and asking if I would like a replacement or a full refund - result!

Do you still get BOGOF type offers if you pay with Advantage points?
Yes - BOGOFs work when you pay with points.
Bear with me. Could you buy ...
12 SC face packs @ 89p, use 100 points coupon and 75 points for £10 spend
3 packs of Bodyform, use 3 x £1 vouchers and 50 AC points coupon

Total to pay would be £10.52 (or 52p with £10 Pigsback Boots voucher), plus earn 1336 points and £5 No7 voucher.

Sometimes (reason n/k) the 75 points coupon for £10 spend doesn't work in conjunction with other AC Vouchers - so check at the till to make sure all your points have gone on. In this instance where you turn to the SA and say "Hey - where's me 75 points?" she may of course notice that the till's given you 1200 points for the SC because of the glitch and try and take those off!

Don't know whether the Pigsback coupons are treated as a manufacturers or Boots coupon by the till - if the latter, you probably won't get a No 7 Voucher.
With the 1336 AC points could you then buy 2 No7 Suncreams @ £11.50 BOGOF and get the free No7 gift bag???
I didn't think you could get the gift bag if buying in points? Thought it had to be a spend in cash? Happy to be proved wrong!

If buying in cash, why not take the 250 No 7 voucher out of the bag and present it at the till when you buy your Suncreams?
