I love this site, it tells you how far you are each day, so is handy for working out what you will be on holiday, when you 'did it' and stuff.

    http://www.pregnology.com/faralong.php

Enter your due date and you then get a list of days and gestation and how many days left :D
We come up as 24th August... Just told hubby and he said 'ooh, payday' lol... Sounds about right!

Well the in laws turned up eventually... We managed to squeeze a quick visit to Ikea in... Didn't get the chest of drawers I want... We got these instead... We were going to look for a small chest for the baby too but there wasn't really anything suitable so it can have a drawer from ours, at least until it goes in to share with Aimee, then we'll sort them out new furniture...

Then we took Aimee to her last swimming lesson of the year and out to dinner in a restaurant with the worlds most uncomfortable chairs ever! (Food was lovely though.. Italian, yummy yum yums!) Upshot is, back and hips have been killing all day and I can see another night like last night coming on... Could do with going to bed now but waiting for a call to say the in laws got back safely... Hope they put their foot down... In a safe way...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Sami, I didn't mean the minging Apprentice food - just food in general! It's okay, I've eaten now.. Have strawberries in the fridge but Fitzio's experience just scared me.

Coincidentially, I just saw a spider in our bathroom - was dying for a wee but had to get OH in to get the spider out whilst I hopped from foot to foot in the corner!! :(

Tine's experience of work, and telling them baby has been born, reminded me.. Does anyone else's workplace have a newsletter which announces all the "births, deaths and marriages" concerning employees - or is it just mine? We put a congratulations message in for all the families with new additions if they give us the details (names, dates, weights, etc). Most do :)

Oh yes, searching, I meant to say how much I like your snowflakes! :D There is a lady who works in our local sarnie shop with really delicate thin tattoos like yours all up her arm - I like those type :)

Personally, I could never have a tattoo. Couldn't stand the pain or just the thought of a needle in general, plus I could never decide on something to keep for life! :o

awww same for zoe shes only just dropped off but she really loves her own company and ariel :rotfl:...

snowflake is what OH calls me when hes in a really lovely mood (either that or queeny but didnt fancy that as a tattoo) .. we always said we would never get each others name on our body's as you never know but this is something that only i know is for him and i represented that even if we were to spilt tomorrow he had a mark on my life after 10 years how could he not :) and the fact that i got it done and my bubs quite happily sat there in my oven and stuck at the same time just makes it even better :D x

I'm looking forward to leaving already - just cos I've practically been told I have free-rein to take the pi$$! There are four of us in our Dept - three of us agree that we have to be "whiter than white" but the most senior one takes the pi$$ the most and the whole Company dislike her because of it.

I was talking to one of the other ones today about me going part-time for the two weeks before I finally leave and I was saying as I've got a hospital appointment at 10.20am one day, I would take the whole day off as a holiday and work a whole day later in the week (with the rest probably being half days). She asked why, and I said that it would feel like I was taking the mick if I waltzed in for an hour, then out again for the appointments and then back for a bit and expected to be paid for it (like I was taking advantage of the "paid time off for antenatal care" thing), and she told me "don't be so stupid - others [looking in colleague's direction] take the pi$$ so why shouldn't you!". This is the boss' wife talking so if she's telling me to do it, he won't have a problem with it! :D

The concept of "drifting in and out the office", having long lunches and playing on my laptop all day while getting paid for it is just so weird for our company / dept.. Can't wait! :D
