EA, don't know how true it is but I've heard that you crave what your body is missing.. in the case of mince/meat, it could be your iron levels. Go for dark leafy veg and red meat, plus drinking orange juice with meals (helps you absorb the iron in your food)
I actually dont like red meat lol. Well i only really eat mince, or burgers from the red meat family. Not the best bits haha.
I heard that to, my friend craved sugary sweets during her pregnancy, we figured it was a lack of sugar and therefore it was OK to eat them :rolleyes:

Pregnancy has made me eat a lot better - I make an effort to eat three sensible meals a day, instead of grazing all day. Don't actually snack that much anymore (still get icecream cravings though!).
Shell - what I'd really like now is a big packet of nice, firm tomatoes!
Guess what I've got in my fridge???:rotfl: :rotfl:
Got pig all to go with them though :rolleyes:Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

Only thing you need with SKY+ is an active phone line that can recieve incoming and outgoing callsIf you call 08442 414 141 and tell them they will help you
And the call will be free for you since you have Sky talk.
Hope that helps?

Ah yes, well there is probably no health benefit to ice cream cravings so we'll apply the "pregnant women are always right and should get what they want" rule there0 -
I'm fancying tomatoes too but that's cos I'm reading a pasta sauce thread on OS too! (today's effort for Project Budget
)
Dunno what to have from Maccy's.. any suggestions anyone?0 -
I had most of a mega chocolate ice cream brownie sundae so think that's my ice cream fix for the day!
Where is Sami? Oh I hope everything went OK and that OH and Mum didn't find out by accident.
I never eat breakfast and still don't- I try to have some fruit first thing and then porridge around 10am. I just can't face food that time of the day and have always been the same.
