    Morning everyone

    So far today I have:
    Checked online banking
    Seen to animals
    Tidied up a bit
Been on the phone to ISP and told them I want to cancel my account   I was on the phone to them for about 4 hours yesterday because my new computer runs MS Vista, and their equipment will not work with it. After several hours, lots of fiddling about and talking to people in call centres in more than one country, including a very patronising lady who spoke to me as though I was totally stupid, and thought I did not know what a colon is (the punctuation type, not the internal organ), it turns out that I need new equipment that I can either buy or they will send me if I sign up to a new and more expensive contract. I have been with them for about 10 years, which is why I have old equipment - I must have been one of their original customers
Anyway, appalling customer service, and I have already spoken to BT about getting an account with them, which will cost the same as I have been paying and they will provide the correct equipment as part of the package. So it looks as though I will only have internet access at work till it all gets sorted out. I have to wait for a 'migration code' and I am sure they will take ages sending that, as well as for everything else! It just goes to show that Martin is right, and loyalty does not pay!

Had breakfast at home and taken lunch and snacks to work.
Pennies in piggy - every little helps, and I hate the way they take up all the space in my purse and make me thing I have lots of cash but only have something like 73p

    Storecupboard supper planned.
3 aubergine seedlings up this morning!!!
Must do some work now, but will pop back later to glean all of your ideas!

    Have a nice day everyone!
