    A thought for the OP, sorry to hear about your situation, I can understand what you are going through as I have been there myself.
    My best advice for you is to seek legal advice more so the fact you own your house and that is something you do not want taken from you...it is your home, I take it your are claiming JSA therefore you will be entitled to free legal aid, speak to a solicitor ASAP.

    If you are claiming JSA remember to book an appointment to sort interest on your mortgage (payable after 90 days) - most JC+ don't mention this to people, well they aren't very forthcoming that's for sure!

    Just thought i'd remind you of that......

    Well there is a income to be made your correct on that, GIOL board is where its at if people want to learn how to do it :) (which is further down the forum board) :)
