Hey everyone, me again!
Well i have decided to look into buying a retail shop as well as online, however i would need some sort of financial help for this - i.e. mortgage and some to do up the shop.
My problem is, applying for finance you need the business address, however i wont have the business address until i can get the finance to buy it? If that makes sense.
Do i apply in my address? Or look ar commercial properties first and then apply when i have found the address.

Id first start getting your business plan started and then visit the banks and see if they can help. Doesnt matter about address. Apply at your home address and then change the address with the bank.Kind Regards
