    Well I never got a call back :(

    Not sure what else to do now, could anyone else recommend what i should do? I think its near enough 6 weeks since i sent it out to them and I've recieved nothing from them.

    I would ring him again and say you are still waiting to hear back and why have you heard nothing.

    I would then tell this person that unless you hear something by the end of play tomorrow you are going to start a charge back on your credit card or legal proceedings and also expenses as it has been going on far too long!

    I think you have a right to get narked off!

    I returned a tv last week and i want a refund but i am worried they will just fob me off with a replacement.

    In fairness to dabs and yes I know this thread is old but poster above bumped it up

    I sent a item back the following working day (I got it on a Friday) the goods was faulty upon arrival, they arranged return delivery at there costs and a refund was given just over 2 weeks back.

    I did this online and raised a ticket
