            I edited my last post after seeing the info on post office website.
 They no longer can be purchased but according to the PO they are valid for cashing in until 31/03/2006.
 But as I also said the PO saving stamps can be used for the same purpose along with having the added benefit you can also use them to pay your utility bills, and cost the same.
 So scrap the car tax stamps idea and buy the PO saving stamps and your budgeting is still on track as per original idea..
