Roof for mid terrace in Sheffield

I live in a run of the mill Northern two up two down terrace which needs a new roof to the front of the house only, I will obviously get quotes but having had my fingers burnt with tradesman before I'm nervous, can anyone give me a ball park figure of what its going to cost me?

I sound pathetic don't I!

Its only the front becasue the back was done as a matter of urgency a number of years ago and so the front is just catching up!

PM your details if you want and I can come and have a look for you and give you a better idea of how much it should cost?
