Capital One Ppi

I don't know if anyone can help me but I have just received a letter back from Capital One about the PPI. I ticked the box on the original form that I filled in to have PPI to get the card. They say because of this I am not entitled to anything but I have defaulted on all my payments and they are in the hands of Debtline, who have been very good and they have been sending an agreed amount to Capital One for over a year now. The problem is that I have only recently noticed that when Debtline was sending the money to them HALF of the payment was going out to pay the PPI. Surely this cannot be right. I have cancelled the PPI now but all those months they were still taking it knowing that I had defaulted. Can anyone help

I would complain on this hun, ask them what is going on here.

It does not matter if you signed the agreement for PPI or not, you had a reason then to believe you had to, so keep on at them, write back and complain on this.
    Good luck.;)
