Wrong amount on paying-in-slip

I have just realised that i paid in a load of cheques this morning and i forgot to add the value of one of the cheques to the paying-in-slip (the cheque is for £50) i was just wondering if this would be picked up and the cheque will still be payed in, or will it not? Nationwide doesn't offer business banking, so I'd imagine they're be pretty surprised by someone paying in that many cheques.
