DRO is for maximum 15,000 but if the OP checked balances etc maybe it does come under £15k.

Fiveyearplan - exactly my thoughts especially since the car is going back anyway.
He's probably better handing it back, and then using the money from that debt payment to maybe put towards another car and a payment plan or the DRO.0 -
If the car is going back he'll still be liable for the shortfall. Hopefully the credit cards' balance won't go up too much before the DRO comes into practice.
