philnicandamy are correct, it is very rare to be declined.
If you are insolvent you can make yourself Bankrupt. It is something that shouldnt be taken lightly, but sometimes its the only option available.
Have you spoken to a debt help charity ? Then at least everything should be clear in your own head.

The forms are filled in, i have the money friday, and local court said turn up and wait to bee seen.
So all that is stopping me is wether it is the right thing to do, so i will seek professional advice then update this.

Just applied for a Co-Op Cash Minder account, the girl said that they needed a utility bill but it is very unlikely to not be accepted.
So thats another obstacle put in it's place for when the time comes.
P.S Is it normal to have a kinda crush on an irish girl you have never seen and only spoken to regarding a bank account?
